| Yes, that sounds right. I never had desert on induction - not worth it for me. Now I only have it if everyone else is having birthday cake or something like that, then I make a sf desert for myself, otherwise I still skip it. I got fat eating desert & snacking on junk when I wasn't even hungry...I'm trying to learn new life skills, and skipping desert, except on occasion, is one of them, for me. Keep in mind that eating sweet things makes you crave sweets, if you are hungry, consider eating a piece of cheese rather than desert. The cravings will pass within a couple weeks if you avoid all sweets. Just a suggestion.

| induction is the time to change your way of eating --- I'd stay away from desserts until after you are through. You should use your daily carbs for veggies and other foods - not sweets.

| I packet of splenda AND 1 oz of syrup - that is a lot of sweetener for one dessert. Do you need it that sweet? I use fitday too. Very helpful
