| Well if that is what is happening it must be possible. But four days is nothing - I think I have been on the same weight four months a couple of times. Very normal with pauses. Just keep being legal and let the body do its thing. Sometime it pauses and sometimes it just drops those pounds. How many calories are you consuming? It could have an impact.

| Of course it is possible to be in ketosis and not lose... otherwise we would all lose weight every single day... (which we don't) When your body is in ketosis you are burning fat as your daily fuel... if you don't require enough fat to be burned to lose weight, you will stay the same. (That's why exercise is important.) There are many days when you will stay the same weight, which is why it is recommended to only weigh once a week... There will be many days in the upcoming months when you will not lose... But over the entirety of the time you are on the diet you will lose big time... Think of the diet as a large committment rather than just a day to day thing... When you look at the big picture the daily ounce fluctuations won't seem like that big of a deal... |

| this is normal. when you lose so much in a short amount of time your body takes a break to catch up. the only thing that will hurry it up is exercize. good job on the loss

| Although we don't count calories, do check your fitday.com account to see if your calories in are less than your calories out. This diet naturally curbs your appetite so you should be eating less than you burn, but sometimes we are just in the habit of eating too much. Learning to listen to your body's hunger is a conscious effort. Chances are that you are just experiencing a natural lull in loss, but this is something to be mindful of just in case. |

| I am going through the same thing. Always in ketosis but no weight loss. I started exercising vigorously and hopefully I'll see changes. I feel good and that's the key. I refuse to give up and don't you Slim Quest. Good luck.

| Absolutely - and it almost always means that something is amiss in your menu.
