| I completely agree with you. As I have said numerous times before, I lost all the weight on Atkins prior just by doing straight induction all the way to maintenance. It is such a bad idea. It takes longer to lose by not upping your carbs and it never teaches you your CCLL or what foods cause a bad reaction to you. The pictures are a true motivator. It is awful to wake up one day and realized you gained it all back because you didn't do the diet properly. You just thought you did.
