I make something from Linda's menus too. Today i made the spinich lasagna and froze it. I take a piece evryday w/ my salad. Or take the previous nites supper to work. Good luck (((lisa)))

I usually eat a series of snacks during the day instead of a 'lunch' per se. I have an insulated lunch box that I toss a little ice pack in and I'll usually bring some of the: - sliced cucumbers - olives - salad - chicken strips - boiled eggs - slices of cheese - dinner leftovers you get the point!
