| I've started using it since the menopause... I think my thyroid's gotten sluggish, but am not really sure if that helps. Can't say I notice any difference.

| I do know it doesn't have the blood pressure raising issues table salt has. I went to all sea salt in a grinder and let me tell you, getting rid of table salt combined with this WOE, lowered my blood pressure a bit too much. I've had to add some table salt back to my foods and cooking as the blood pressure has dipped a little too low. Much better problem to have than the other extreme but sea salt is much better for your health. I know it does wonderful things for your bodies pH balance. Table salt does the opposite. |

| I just like the mildness of sea salt. There is not the sort of sharp taste you get with table salt. |

| I have slowly begun adding less and less salt to my foods.I once craved that salty taste. Now, like a sweet taste,I find it repulsive. As far as BP,studies have shown high sodium intake only raises BP 4 mmhg.Hardly a significant rise. But it does retain fluid and can make you feel heavier.A one lb wt difference is easily detected now.I prefer to feel lighter. |
