| i like just about every type of gym exercise awhile back with Atkins + 15 hours of cardio a week i lost 100 pounds of fat and that was it then i started going to the gym and must have lost 40 more pounds of fat and gained 40 pounds of muscle so now i total 140 pounds of fat loss and somewhat recently iv read things that light cardio does not do much at all for fat loss so its really in working your muscles hard with full body muscle work outs + Atkins diet is what works best cardio is helpful too but for only 7-10 mins on as high resistance as you can go |
