| You are dreaming...sorry. Almonds are not allowed until Rung 3 of Ongoing Weight Loss (OWL) and cream cheese is allowed as part of the 3-4 ounces of cheese per day.

| The only thing that "jumpstarts" ketosis is limiting carbohydrate intake and while increasing fat intake. It's the ratio of fat to carb intake that gets you into ketosis.
