| Nope, it's not impossible to gain this much weight in a week. What is impossible is to gain 10 lbs of fat in one week. For some reason, you must have gained a lot of water weight. Are you around TOM? Did you eat any new food back? Ate any new food this week? Changed your exercise routine? Heat can make us retain some water weight too.

| I have been upping my exercise abit...But only by like half an hour more.. Its not my TOM, I just find it hard to believe that all this is muscle or water.

| Please also post the exact menus (incl. quantities) you had in the past 3 days. And are you taking any medication?

| sweetheart don't stress too much. Even if it is not your time of the month you can still retain fluids. I start gaining little by little two weeks before mine then I tend to shed it like crazy (talk about the whooshies) the day before my period but that is me. How do your clothes fit? How do you feel? Don't put to much emphasis on that bloody scale, I threw mine out because the first time because my happiness seemed to be ruled by it. So now I just plug away and eat as I should and exercise when I can. You are not gaining fat. You are okay. Just breathe. It will be fine, stick to the plan and just keep plugging away at it.

| Thanks =]. Its just really stressful.. XD I'm going on tour soon and just seeing myself the other day on film, disgusted me. But ill get there I guess, in the end.
