And frankly, I think losing weight---the whole process--- is such an annoyance and a such a big hassle that I didn't want to sabotage myself from achieving the goal. Two steps forward and one step back isn't my style.

| I live practically next door to a Spanish Tapas Bar/restaurant and find no difficulty eating there - in fact it is probably the easiest place to eat out and stay on plan. They have a good selection of plain, simply prepared fish and meat, and I usually have it with a mixed green salad which they serve with an oil and vinegar dressing. Superb.

| I finished induction a week ago. SO this was my first step off the wagon. I'm just happy I didn't step too far out! I'm back in the pink this morning, so I didn't completely sabotage myself. I will say that I craved sweets last night after my long lunch and chocolate cheat, but I didn't succumb. It helps that I don't have anything sweet in the house at all. (My poor husband!)

| i cheated all last week now that i almost reached my goal, and it's hindering my process the closer you get to final weight, the harder it gets to eat right, knowing that you have already lost so much and know that you know how to eat right and can lose it again if needed. it's a vicious cycle in your mind |
