| As far as I know joined on the 1st when I posted my daily goal & 1st day's amounts on the challenge post with everyone else. Its on my post stats when I look it up!!! I have been going back & adding to that page, is that wrong & I should be posting a new page each day???

| Just post a new message on the thread each day (or I believe its ok to wait and do a few days at a time). So, for example, today I would just click reply and write July 4~120 If I missed yesterday I would put July 3~120 July 4~120 Then Carole, who takes good care of us, keeps track of our totals. Hope that helps. |

| I have been tracking your water intake daily -- I'm the one who runs the challenge and keep the totals --- once a week I post the totals. Just go to the last page daily and put your totals in and the date so I know which day you're talking about.
