| I have wondered about aquafit classes. There are quite a few offered and I haven't tried one yet. (And I am into trying all kinds of exercise things - just so I don't miss something I would actually like) |

| you burn as many calories just treading water as you do swimming laps, so there is no problem if you want to just pop in the water and not get the hair wet. Add those foam dumbbells and it will really work the upper body! And yes.. it is like not working out, you feel energized. I do tend to feel hungrier on swimming days though...
