| Have you tried using muffin-top pans? They're baking pans that are meant for making, you guessed it, just the tops of muffins. I make the rolls pretty regularly and they consistently come out great. |

| I bake mine on parchment paper - I use an egg mold (it's a round piece of metal) and fill it with the "dough"

| You need to beat the daylights out of the whites. I actually use mayo instead of cream cheese. Saves on the calories and carbs and they turn out just fine. I have looked all over here for a muffin top pan and can't find one. Will have to break down and get one off the internet (although the shipping can be quite high).
