| STOP EATING THE BARS!!! Avoid the aisle where those bars are. Buy real food. Make a shopping list before you leave home and stick to it. Don't put the bars on the list. Reward yourself (not with food) for 1 week without bars.

| Save the money for your clothes for the next size down. Seriously, put it in a jar every day and tell yourself you don't have "other" money to buy the bars with. They're so nasty and not worth it!! Yuck, yuck! DON'T EAT THE BARS!! |

| Stop eating the bars! ![]() Looks like you're making great progress - have you thought about moving up to OWL? Another 5 carbs per day of veggies on Rung 1 could do the trick. Good luck - let us know how you're doing. |

| You don't need anyone to tell you not to eat them because you know yourself you can spend the money your wasting on them instead by buying some fresh food like chicken breasts,cheese etc.You may be having them because your not eating full meals that fill you up.If you stay full you wouldn't want a snack.Please have a think and have the willpower to STOP eating them.You might even lose more once you give them up.

| I shop the outer edges of the store and avoid all the isles. There's only junk in there. Besides ... you don't really want to fill yourself up with the chemicals in those things ... especially when the other foods you are eating are so healthy ... right??

| Everytime you eat an Atkins bar, Dr. Atkins spins in his grave. If you keep eating these bars, he'll keep spinning and spinning, eventually heating Earth's mantle layer to an unsustainable level. This will cause widespread vegetation destruction, which will then kill all animals. Do you really want that? Stop eating the damn bars. |
