hi.. is the product skinny water with splenda.. and fruit flavorings acceptable? no carbs... no sugar... thanks.. Lia

Skinny Water is basically like fruit-flavored Diet Coke — no calories, no nutrition why drink it? You are drinking Splenda flavored water. You are suppose to drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water - after that you can also drink the following:

Filtered water
Mineral water
Spring water
Tap water

*** Crystal Lite, sugar free teas, sugar free kool-aid & diet sodas do not count they are chemically enhanced and most include aspartame (also not allowed on Atkins) – PURE water is the only thing that counts toward your daily water intake. If you need a “flavor” in your water float a lemon or lime slice on top of your water

If you drink that, read the label before buying---some flavors have juice concentrate in them, which makes them "illegal" until you reach OWL Rung 7 (I don't know where in the diet you are...). One serving (8oz) needs to be counted as one serving of sweetener out of the 3 you're allowed daily.

I'm sure there's just some misunderstanding here, but filtered water, mineral water, spring water and tap water all count towards your daily water intake (so you don't need to drink 64 oz of some other water to be allowed to have these on top of it).

It was a typo - I should have said "Make sure you drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water each day, including:
Filtered water
Mineral water
Spring water
Tap water
