| Yes just go back. And work a bit with yourself. Think about what made you snap. Think about how you can prevent it. Keep working on your motivations - write them down and focus. You can do it!!

| good job with keeping going. just stay positive and realize this is a lifelong event not a quick fix. we all hit our bumps now and then! just keep your goals in mind to stay focused. i have my before pic on the fridge and my phone to remind me why im doing this and boy does it help me lol
