| I dont' think it's about stalling, but rather making sure to include in the daily carb count. |

| I ran the numbers from that link through a hidden carb calculator and it made the carb count 2.1 g!!

| I was wondering what happened when fat went down and protein stayed the same - what exactly makes up that 0.5 gram they are now "missing". I do not really believe the hidden carb calc really got it right - because of rounding here and there the eggs are likely not that carby. But it does remind us what happens to products where they cut down on the fat for sure. |

| As others have implied, does it matter? Wouldn't 25 ounces of raw eggs would give you around 6 grams of carbs? And that would be equivalent to say, eating a dozen? Now, if you could tell me where to find a spaghetti tree that produces zero-carb linguine, I'd be ever so much happier. |

| I hope you are getting your daily fat from other foods -- you are allowed fats on this way of eating.

| Well it only matters because the original poster believed to have found a zero carb egg and wanted to share the news and we have more or less concluded that we still have to count that 0.6-1 carb per egg as Atkins told us to do. If you are limited to 20 carbs a day and if most of the carbs are going to come from veggies, it is important that you pay attention to these kinds of details. Some people believe eggs are "free" foods. They are not. Spaghetti squash does not have zero carb but it does work very well. |

...which they shouldn't since eggs have .6 g carb, thus higher than the .49 g cut off for being able to say "zero." I think my eggs say "<1g"

(Sorry for all this detail gays sometimes it is funny and interesting to discuss tiny things
