| that is what I do If it is something I make a lot - I find a free fitday add all the ingredients then use a calculator to find the portion size and and it in as a custom foods - I have some of those for chili, spaghetti sauce etc.

| Ok thanks, thats a good idea to enter it as a custom food, saves me having to do it all again, and again, and again! |

| Now i cant log into fitday, it keeps saying file not found??? Anyone else having this trouble??? |
