| The book says you should not skip meals OR go more than 6 hours without eating. So even if you are not hungry for a meal after 6 hours, you should still eat a small fat/protein snack with part of your carbs (because the carbs have to be spread throughout the day).

| Your body needs fuel so yes if it has been six hours you should eat something. It doesn't have to be a large meal but eating will keep you from being really hungry later and eating something you shouldn't eat. |
