| I wish we had a Sams club here, or Costco. I've heard they have really amazing fresh meat. But then again, I'd probally spend too much money if we had one.

| I get the rotisserie chicken everytime we go to Sam's. They also have great prices on 5 pound bags of frozen green beans and broccoli -- you can't go wrong - no waste on the broccoli it's nothing but crowns! I don't remember the exact price but both bags are under $5.00 each and they last a long time. The fresh meat is amazing -- I buy beef roasts 2 to a package. I've never had any of their fresh meats that aren't delicious and worth every penny. I also buy Splenda there - 1200 packets for 20.00 -- I was paying $7.99 for 100 packets at the store. Usually it's a box of 1000 packets but the last one I bought had 200 extra packets for the same price as 1000 packets. Coffee filters are 500 for under $3.00 - mom & the hubs are known for putting chips, nuts and other snackies in a coffee filter instead of dirtying a bowl...so we go through a few!

| I like Sam's too. We just got back from their yesterday. They have really good prices on cheese here. The same size block of cheddar at the supermarket would be 3 times the price. And yeah... the rotisserie chickens are really good! One time, my autistic son (10 yrs old) snuck into the fridge after dinner and ate every scrap of meat left on it... which was most of it! Open the fridge for lunch the next day and find a pack full of bones. Ha ha!

| I wanted to tell you I was at Sam's Club today. I bought a 5# bag of frozen green beans for $5.86 and a 5# bag of Broccoli Florets for $4.87. With the broccoli florets there is no hard to chew end pieces and no waste. The green beans are delicious cooked with bacon grease and a little water on top of the stove - sometimes I add a couple small pieces of bacon. I eat both of these veggies quite a bit so the prices of these for the amount I purchase is a great savings over the 2 # bags at the regular stores. I have gotten to the point where I don't buy fresh broccoli because there is too much waste - I thaw some of the broccoli to eat in salads or as a snack also. Next time you go check these items out!!s

| One thing to also think about at Sam's is the cheese section. They sell tons of different cheeses, from sliced to shredded to blocks. They also have GIANT containers of sour cream and cream cheese. You can even buy fast food serving of cream cheese. (I like to snack on one if I am hungry but in a hurry.) They have big bags of romaine, chopped and head, asparagus ($4 for 2.5 lbs), fresh peppers and fresh broccoli florets, all at good prices. I also get seasonal berries there, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries are almost always cheaper and in better condition than the ones in the supermarket. The last time I was there, I bought an 11 lb bag of frozen chicken breasts for $19. They also carry frozen fish, which I always find tastes better and is fresher than the fresh fish from the supermarket. |

| They also have 10 pounds of chicken wings for hot wings or what ever you want to do with them for $16 which is $1.65 and it's about 60 wings or so. Best deal I've ever seen. I usually pay $7 for 2.5 to 3 pounds and the discount super market. |
