| it's a common misnomer that leaving induction = no more weight loss. The addition of 5 net carbs of veggies will allow you more flexibility to your meals and will help you continue to loose weight. It's not something to be feared, it is something to embrace. The final decision rests with you. Good luck.

" But the question is often read the wrong way. Yes, your weight loss will slow down as you progress through OWL, on one hand because you will have less weight left to lose and on the other hand because you will increase your carbohydrate level... and increase it... and increase it even more... until you reach a point when you stop losing. That carbohydrate level is your CCLL (Critical Carbohydrate Level for Losing)---go above it and you'll stop losing weight (you won't gain though because you'll still be below your CCLM as you are only adding 5 net carbs at once), stay below it and you'll lose weight. I think knowing this number will make your life much easier since you'll know exactly how many carbs you can eat while continuing to lose weight. So yes, your weight loss will slow down as you increase your carb level and move to the upper rungs of OWL. And yes, at one point you will stop losing weight, something which is perfectly normal and will mean you either have an intolerance to the last food you've added (very useful to know your food intolerances!) or you have reached your CCLL (did I say how useful this is? That being said, you should read Chapters 12 and 13 in DANDR. Moving to OWL is a very personal decision and it's impossible for an outsider to say what is best for you.

I believe that the best way to overcome temptation is not with willpower, which is so often in short supply, but with our brain power, a potentially unlimited resource. Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
