Question Induction - lost 6.9 lbs & gained back 2 lbs...Yikes!

Hi Ya'all:

So this morning I woke up dejected to say the least. I cannot believe I have put on 2 lbs and have not been able to shake it off for 3 days!!!

I have not lost nearly as much as others on the forum during induction but that is OK as long as I do lose.....eventually...right..... I really want to lose 25 lbs by December (I hope I can)

So this is my game plan....Since I have stalled on extended induction and gone the other way...I think I will:

- Get onto rung 1 OWL & eat 25 net carbs (extra from veggies & salad) starting today
- drink 8 glasses of water
- 1/2 tsp metamucil for fiber
- swim 5 times a week at least for 45 mins each time (laps)
- have a multivitamin everyday

What do you think? This regime ought to work.....any suggestions to tweak it?

PS: I have been having half & half instead of cream but counting the carbs. Is that the culprit?

Thanks you guys...I love getting on and reading about all your amazing achievements, trials & tribulations everyday.

Your plan sounds solid but, yes, I'd give up the half n half!

If you're a gal: is it nearly your TOM? That's often the culprit for a few extra (temporary) pounds. Your plan sounds great, too, but yeah, nix the half & half for now. Best of luck!
