 Meds that make a metabolic mess! | |
| I posted a few days ago when I was about 8 days into induction and had not lost a single ounce or centimeter...and I inquired about Benadryl and if that could have any adverse effects on one's ability to lose weight...and guess what?
IT DOES! I just found out it slows metabolism!! Hardly any sites talk about those effects, but they are out there! No more Benadryl for me!
I pray that was the main problem with my lack of fat loss. | |
