| I would not recommend sugar. Eat a satisfying meal before, and the omelette after. During, water should be enough.

| I know this is a stupid question, and I'm sparing the lecture (because I could insert a WHOPPER here) but won't 'e' make you more likely to cheat? Sort of like alcohol lowers your resistance to being stupid... i.e. you could've totally resisted those 5 a.m. hashbrowns at the all-night diner following a night of partying, but your resistance was lower due to using substances that make you not-so-smart.

| I'm going to be honest here. Drink lots of water and just eat what you want for a night. To take "X" and be concerned about your health in the same night is a waste of time. I really want to lecture you here, but I'll save the time. If you insist on trying low carb easy snacks I suggest Dry Roasted Peanuts. Easy to store and pretty good. For simplistic reason you really may want to pack an Atkins bar or 9. The cinnamon roll flavor are amazing. These could stall you, but it varies from person to person. Anyways, be careful and drink tons of water.

| MDMA or 'ecstasy' is a psychoactive substance, first described as an appetite suppressant in humans, inducing side effects and even death. MDMA increases serotonin (5-HT) levels, and 5-HT inhibits food intake. Given this, you probably won't be hungry, won't need the candy and as long as you eat a very filling meal before hand, I doubt your blood sugar will spike. And since no one else has the guts to tell you how stupid you are being, I will. Being young is no excuse to risk your health and possible death. I hope you really think about how useless it is to try to lose weight for your health (although you probably aren't thinking about 'healthy' but 'being skinny') and then to do something so completely opposite just for kicks. Go to the party, dance for 4 hours, but skip the E... it's time to grow up. |

| And often places like Denny's, IHOP, etc. use pancake batter in their omelettes as thickeners. But then, if you are doing drugs, I don't suppose that matters much in the total picture.

| I agree 100% with msanjelpie, X is a very serious drug and could cause death. I live in a country where some drugs are legal and I know how stupid people look on them. I for one have seen my best friend on X (more then once) and she looked like a down right fool, and she was. I am young and I do not do drugs and would recommend you not to either. You can go to raves and other parties and stay somber and have fun. But since you will still do it and fry your brain cells in the process, I recommend you eat a full meal before, drink a lot of water during, and eat a full meal afterwards and hope you have enough since to get home safe. And last but not least I hope you know who this guy is you are going with, watch your drinks and never let someone buy you something while you arn't by the bar watching everything. Rufies suck big time. Be careful.

| Yes, you do need advice but it's not about what to eat ... I wasn't going to say anything but just cannot help myself - just an FYI - I too am young and "cool" and have no need to take drugs. Eight years ago one on of my best friends from High School took "E" ONE TIME and she died. This is not an Urban Legend - she took it one time and was found dead the next morning at 21 years of age. I find it absolutely absurd that you are even asking about your diet when you are planning on putting something far worse than any carb into your body. Good-Luck.

| Being young doesn't mean being stupid. Do you want to be grown enough to do what's right for your health and your mental well-being or do you want to be young and stupid to impress a "cool" boy? EDIT: Not even talking about the diet, don't even bother staying on plan that night... It's the least of things you should be re-evaluating. |
