| I've heard that it takes up to a year for skin to shrink back after weight loss...not something I'm looking forward to! SarinaD posted a reply to a similar question a week or two ago - she had some tips about creams & home-made concoctions (sp?) that are supposed to help...I'll post the link here if I can find it. Here's the link: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...belly-fat.html (belly fat) Sarina's reply is about the 5th. I am looking to lose 150+ pounds, 42 so far. At the moment, I don't have any "loose" skin, but my tummy & thighs look like they're made of lumps of cottage cheese

| I have read that it takes the skin a little longer to catch up with the rest. All I can say is keep at it, drink lots of water, and keep the skin healthy and moisturized. I have lost in total (since my heaviest) about 45lbs but it has been a long process (1,5 years) so I don't really see sagging yet, but I am sure I will since I have started losing more rapidly after joining Adkins. Honestly I would rather be a deflated balloon and healthy then obese and slowly dying. Keep with it, it is so worth it.
