| Well, thanks for that... Explains why I'm not in ketosis yet after 3 days. Will be hitting gym today! I've had some peanut-butter induced slip ups, and am back on track eating-wise...

| Slapshot, I was wondering this same thing. Remember though, that starting any exercise regamine, you could gain slightly.. but it's nothing to be alarmed about.. the weight will fall off

| Do you think a small amount of Peanut butter like one ounce is enough to take you out of ketosis. I also love peanut butter but having just a tiny taste is enough to satisfy my craving. I don't eat half the jar or anything but I would be so mad at myself if that little lick took me out of ketosis for three days/ Net carbs in the ounce are 3 grams. It probably differs from person to person how many carbs will knock you out. Just curious. |
