| Induction is safe for 6 months or more. But staying on Induction does not guarantee faster weight loss, especially at your weight. It will also make OWL more difficult when you move to that phase, because it will be hard to notice food intolerances and to find your CCLL based on changes in your weight (1 lb lost for someone who has 30 lbs to lose is the same thing as 0.3 lbs for someone who has only 10 to lose). The appropriate thing to do would be to move to OWL and keep exercising. Some people actually lose the same or even faster in the first rungs of OWL as they did during Induction. It's an individual thing, but OWL and Pre-Maintenance definitely teach you how to maintain your weight loss for life, not to simply drop X lbs before DD:MM:YYYY. If you exercise, you'll probably be smaller even if you don't lose 15 lbs by that date. I would add some strength training there as well.

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | wow - that's really great that you exercise so much. Perhaps a stretching exercise like yoga or pilates would compliment that and stop your muscles tightening up? Good luck - I also have a date in early august that I would LOVE to lose another 5-10lbs for, but if I lose inches, that would be fine, too
