| sounds like you are doing a wonderful job. Congrats on the new pants..I just got a couple new tops last week -- 4 sizes smaller than I when I started - that's a great feeling. keep up the good work!

| Wow, major Kudos for you ![]() Congrats and keep it up - Good luck with school and I know its exciting for you. I am a student as well and I have a set goal that I started school over weight and I hope to graduate at a healthy weight Maybe we both might motivate each other and get to that goal |

| Thanks everyone for the encouraging words. I feel better and sexier than I have in a long time, Including when I did the diet before. For those looking for a reason to hold on look at what this way of eating has done for me. I'm healthier, off meds, and enjoying a healthier and more active lifestyle... I'm looking into roller blades next. Oh yeah and we are getting a pool delivered tomorrow.... water aerobics here I come. Even if I only tread water I'm still doing more than I ever have. And as far as the roller blades are concerned just pray for me that I don't bust in my face!!! LOL

| Roller blades, wow. You are adventurous! I live in The Netherlands and riding a bike is just the Dutch way. I love it, but I have taken a tumble or two. It is not true, "it is just like riding a bike". You DO forget how, so be careful!
