| No it wont take you out of ketosis but the WOE is designed to be high fat-too much protein on a regular basis is hard on your system. You should eat enough calories to be close to your BMR. Fitday always tells me I burn 6-700 more than I eat but my metabolism does not bear that out. If it did I would already be at goal. |
