| The unhealthy way to lose 2 lbs by Sat. would probably not eat much at all (practically starve yourself) BUT I don't advise that because the minute you eat again, you will put on double the amount of lbs you lost! Just stop eatting the bars (hopefully you are now only eatting one a day, I'd eat one every so often NOT everyday because that could stall you - like you noticed) I'm sure by avoiding the bars and maybe continuing this week as an extended induction, you can definitely lose the 2lbs (remember to drink lots of water!) | I would avoid the bars until maintenance - they tend to stall loss. Also, most of the bars have ingredients that are not appropriate until Rung 9. Are you doing extended induction now, or Rung 1? If Rung 1, you should be adding 5 carbs more veggies rather than junk food

| You shouldn't eat the bars at all. They have ingredients in them that are not suitable for Induction (as I'm sure you know, we are only supposed to go off the Acceptable Food List during Induction). Are you now moving into OWL? Have you read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution version 2002? That's the version we go by here. |

| The bars are not useful to our nutrition as meal replacements. If you need them in an emergency situation, fine, but if every meal is an emergency, then you are not planning well enough to be on Atkins.
