Default Are these foods restricted - if not what quantities?

Hi!

Do you know if we can consume, on OWL rung 1:

Soya sauce
Oyster sauce
fish sauce
Chilli oil

Also, what are the allowable limits per day for:

Cream
Cream cheese
Olive oil
Butter
Splenda

I am counting the carbs for all of these but I just want to make sure.

Often have sugars and other 'illegal' stuff added. Check the fats in them too. Do not use stuff with hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils.
