| Soy sauce may be "legal" depending on the way it was manufactured, which does not appear on the label. I wouldn't have it before OWL Rung 6. Miso soup. Depends what was in it.

| Miso is soybean paste, the soup generally has nothing other than miso & water, sometimes with a pinch of green onion. Fitday lists miso soup as 7.8 carbs per cup, so your half cup probably had about 4 carbs. Sugar isn't listed on Fitday but I doubt the miso paste has any sugar in it and I know the soup has no added sugar. Hope this helps.

| I use soy sauce quite often (in marinades)...hope I haven't been messing myself up with that. |
