I often make substitute sauces by swopping the sugar for sweetener so googled for the ingredients of it and found this info
Quote:
The ingredients of a traditional bottle of Worcestershire sauce sold in the United Kingdom under the name "The Original & Genuine Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce" are listed as malt vinegar (from barley), spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies, tamarind extract, onions, garlic, spice, and flavouring as its ingredients.
The sauce produced in the USA is listed as being made from vinegar, molasses, high fructose corn syrup, anchovies, water, onions, salt, garlic, tamarind concentrate, cloves, natural flavorings and chili pepper extract.

You could perhaps make something similar using malt and white vinegar, a 'legal' sweetener instead of the sugar and molasses, anchovy paste, onion paste, salt and garlic paste which would be 'legal' for induction, but without the tamarind it would probably not taste the same.
Tamarind seems to be some kind of cherry-type fruit, so would not be allowed till the 7th OWL level/rung.
