| OK the UTC have me confused already. Sorry. Can we just have a quick North American Translation? The first one midnight to 3 AM that would be 6PM to 9PM CST or 5-8 on the West Coast and 8-10 at the East Coast?

| For the UK, UTC is the same as GMT without daylight saving time. If you go by BST (that is, with daylight saving time), then add an hour to the UTC. Now it's 8 PM UTC. In Berlin (Germany) is 10 PM. In London (UK) is 9 PM. For the US: is 4 PM in Baltimore, 3 PM in Austin and 1 PM in Los Angeles. For Canada: is 4 PM in Montreal and 2 PM in Edmonton. In Beijing (China) is 4 AM. In Islamabad (Pakistan) is 2 AM. In Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) is 11 PM. In Sydney (Australia) is 6 AM. In Tokyo (Japan) is 5 AM. In Istanbul (Turkey) is 11 PM.
