| Interesting ingredients. Doesn't seem like that would make a good-tasting cracker. I'm gonna have to try and make some that way. I use flax, but always use an egg white for a binder to hold it all together. Usually when they call them "flax" crackers, they still have mostly wheat for the main ingredient. I'm always looking at products that sound like I could eat them by the name on the front, but when I look at the ingredients, it is full of bad stuff. I am allergic to grains, especially wheat.

| I have been eating the Foods Alive crackers since last summer, and they are fantastic. Even the original, "plain"-tasting ones are good. You've got to love a food whose carb grams are 100% accounted for by fiber! ![]()
