Also try your public library system.  You can borrow the book and take notes out of it. Many library systems will let you renew the book if you need more time with it.

Good suggestion, Norman  It is the same over here in UK - most charity shops have them on the shelves. I buy them when they are on offer (3 for a £1 or less) so I can give anyone interested a copy.

I got a new copy of DANDR on www.amazon.com including shipping it was under $5.00. You can also get them on www.half.com.

Yeah, I bought one for $5 shipped off Amazon, then happened to go to a local thrift store, where they had 3 for $.75 each. So now I'm free to hand them out when someone asks.

I go to yard sales every weekend and this morning I found one in a free box. I grabbed it in case someone needs to borrow it but for now I have one in my car and one in the house  Last weekend I got the Atkins Vitamin book for a quarter.
