Default Bad weekend...

i think i had a bad weekend :b ang:

i am in the middle of moving out of my apartment and spent all weekend moving things. As a result, I made some pretty poor food choices-i think?!

Friday night:
2 hot dogs with a slice of cheese (no buns of course!)

Saturday:
absolutely nothing until 1030 at night when i had a seared ahi tuna (6-7 slices) and a chicken ceasar salad with a ton of dressing (no croutons)

Sunday:
nothing until 700 at night when i had a taco salad with a scoop of sour cream and a teaspoon of salsa
about an hour later i had 2 handfuls of mixed nuts. the bag said 4grams of carbs/serving with 2grams of dietary fiber, but i know nuts are a no-no during induction.

i feel like i totally destroyed all the good i had done by friday afternoon...

any suggestions?!?

Honestly You may be surprised!!! It depends on so so so many different factors and each one is different and responds differently. Your carb count actually wasn't that high (for me sometimes, not always, I have cheated with a piece of cake/ice cream/ect) and as long as carbs below 20 would still lose or stay the same)

The other thing...I'm sure you were "moving" while moving!!! So I bet you burned more energy and fat just with that... Of course it is not good to go all day without eating (however, I can successfully do Atkins and fast from before sunrise to after sun set) and still loose weight.

I'm not encouraging you to keep these habits, but by no means give it another thought!!! Even if you gained, I'm sure you know by now how to get it off again, plus you had a "reasonable excuse" we are humans. I sure if we were perfect you would had chosen better... just remember how many other days you did choose better and that is what counts the most!

Best of Luck.
