| Hopefully! I drank about 112 oz of water yesterday and will do atleast that today so hopefully that will help things a bit. I don't feel bloaty or anything. In fact I feel great. Oddly enough, I FEEL thinner and feel good. So I'll just keep truckin' along and ignore the scale for now. Not as sore today. Oh - and yes, we won the tournament. Didn't get a medal but we got a cool trophy! |

| Great Attitude! If you stuck to the plan by the book you will be fine. There are many factors that could have contributed...not enough water...so many games in the heat...time of month...a high sodium meal...or whooshie coming....glad you didn't get discouraged and that you are sticking with it. Take your measurements...it is true that sometimes we lose inches but not weight...weird but true!
