| I usually don't use that much (1 a week or so) but I have been sick and the only thing that calms my stomach is sugar free 7-up. I have a glass in the morning and before bed at the moment. I am going to the doctor Wednesday so it will go back down. My "taste" of the moment is spicy. I clicked the wrong one :P Whoops.

| I haven't used artificial sweeteners since early this year. Pre-Atkins, I would occasionally use a little honey, maple syrup or blackstrap molasses but now I guess I have to wait for the berry rung for sweet. It's funny that I never understood when people would say that they hated diet products with artificial sweeteners...that they could taste it, etc. It wasn't until I tried a little Splenda in something last Christmas that I understood what they meant. It took a while to break away from sweet things but now I don't really miss them at all as I'm used to tasting foods naturally.

| I don't use them at all. However, last night I bought a Stevia-based English Toffee flavoring that you use a dropper to add. I added 5 drops this morning to my eggnog shake, but think I can get away with 2 or 3 drops. So, the sweetener I do use is really minimal since I'm measuring it with a dropper.

| Is it correct now, Ohbehave? For me cooked zucchini is super sweet. Also sweet are red/yellow peppers, mushrooms sautéed in butter, pumpkin (I only find the raw kind here and I cook it myself) and stewed cabbage.

| Where is the option for more than 3 per day? A poll should have all possibilities... |

| I probably use three per day most days. There are things that I have that does have sweeteners: the whey shake, the minute muffin, other bakings, the cream cheese pumpkin thing, the dark chocolate, pancakes. I don't have all of these everyday but probably 2-3 sweetened things, yes.
