| That's great! Congrats for the 3 lbs. Did you lose no inches since the beginning of your weight loss journey? Or is it just these 3 lbs you've lost recently that don't seem to make any difference in your measurements? And where are you measuring?

| Are your clothes any looser? It's often difficult to measure in the same spot every time, and then going by the way your clothes fit might be better. In any case, you should not measure only around your arms, legs and waist. Sometimes we lose weight in funny places, like neck, wrists, calves, ankles. These are the measurements suggested in FitDay: neck, bicep, forearm, chest, waist, hips, thigh, calf. You could also be losing fat surrounding some vital organs, for e.g. the heart or the liver. With all the exercise you're doing in addition to diet, you're definitely becoming healthier.

Chance, your belly will catch up eventually. I lost 4" off my waist and 1.5" off my thigh during induction and my FEET got thinner but not much else changed much. My face still looks like a blowfish. :/ And usually people's faces slim down first (I think). So who knows? I guess our bodies will shrink according to their own plan...not ours. Hang in there, sounds like you're doing a great job.

| Hang in there. It seems the first place we gain weight is the last place it comes off. Do you have any before/after pics to compare? |
