Re: ketosis strips | | Johnathon, I have found the strips to be an extra unnecessary expense that aren't that reliable anyway. If your breath and/or urine smells bad, your cravings and hunger are lessened you are in ketosis. Also, if you are sticking to plan, you will pretty much be guaranteed to be in ketosis.
The strips are not always reliable and some folks obsess over them, so don't feel like you have to get them.
