| I love fried cauliflower rice - it is so close to the real thing and very yummy with "Chinese" flavours like ginger. Never tried the chicken but I will look into it.

| MMMM! That chicken looks good. I love cauliflower rice. I'm going to have to try the two together. Thanks for sharing. Edited to add: I make a similar marinade when marinating chicken strips. Then I put them on bamboo skewers and bar-b-que them. They are awesome!

| When I make fried "rice" I add a little orange pepper and celery...the pepper looks like carrot and the celery just tastes good.
