| Yeah, I've learned enough over the years to take all of these approaches with a grain of salt and to draw my own conclusions, as best as I can. I'm always skeptical of guys/gals who were ultramarathoners/triathletes in their 20's and 30's and are ripped into their 50's. Um, give me a million dollars and I can make lots of money with it, too. It's the 99.9% of us who are starting from unhealthful places that need the most help and are the biggest challenge. What I like about Sisson is that he is down-to-earth in his approach, much like Dr. Atkins was. Diet-wise, I'm sticking with Atkins. However, I am going to cherry pick some Primal additions to my Atkins WOL. For example, I'm intrigued with Primal's advocacy of exercising barefoot (or using these Vibram Five Fingers: Discover the Barefooting Alternative ). As a guy, the caveman instinct in me is curious.
