| Congrats for the 3-4 lbs! This means you do not have a high metabolic resistance and, since you also don't have a lot to lose, it would be best for you to move to OWL your 14-day Induction is done. In the first two weeks of Induction, done by the book, most people lose 5-10% of the weight they need to lose. For you, 3-4 lbs out of 25 means 12-16%. Your results are excellent.

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | I agree with Georgiana... you're doing really well. Don't worry and just stick to the plan. If you manage to add in extra movement/exercise, despite your gruelling schedule, I'm willing to bet you'll be at goal before you know it!

| Georgiana showed me Fitday, it lets you type in what you ate and spits out all the %s and calories and everything. I was needing to up my fat and lower my protein and didn't even know it. I think its a great site for planning what to eat and keep on track. The first time I did induction, I don't think I measured my salads and veggies. I just guessed. I usually stall out for a few weeks after I do induction. But since I've used Fitday to change my diet a little, the scales have moved a little already. They say the last 30 pounds or so is the toughest to loose and I'd have to agree. Don't give up though.

I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask. |
