| Many thanks for your good wishes. I do have some tips, but I am not sure they will be welcomed on this site because things are very strict to the book here. My way definately embraced Induction. I did a proper induction and kept it up for six ish weeks before slowly adding other stuff, but did not strictly keep to the veg/salad quantity. I ate more salad than was probably allowed. This still averaged a 5 pound loss every 2 weeks and it was easy! My biggest tip is to weigh yourself then PUT THE SCALES AWAY FOR A FORTNIGHT!.. A person can gain and lose many pounds daily and this can be massively demoralising if you are weighing yourself daily and it is so varied. I only weighed myself every other Monday morning and that gives a more realistic picture of the loss i found. Also the water drinking was a massive help. I would never drink water normally but now I drink 2 litres a day I find that I am healthier and my skin is much better for the hydration. Believe me, I was the least possible person to do this, I can not tell you how much this weight loss affects the way you feel about yourself inside. It is honestly miraculous. I was one of those who was content to say that I was happy being large. I didnt realise how unhappy I was till I realised how happy I am now being my correct weight. |
