| After induction many of us go through what is called PISS where the scales stop moving while the body readjusts to what it's been through. Check your measuring tape - you are probably loosing inches just not pounds on the scale right now. Going back to induction isn't a real good thing to do as your body may let go of some weight but you won't see the same results as the first time (normally people loose about half the second time if even that much). Give your body time - you won't continue to loose 25 pounds per month on any diet - let along on Atkins! You don't have any stats so I have no idea how much you weigh, how much you have to loose or anything else. If you are concerned about what you are eating post your menus for a few days (amounts and exactly what you ate) on the Rate My Menu area. Be exact with what you ate and drank. Also, how much pure water are you drinking daily? You should be drinking no less than 64 ounces - nothing added daily.

Were you planning to move to OWL or to continue with Induction? If you were planning to do Induction further, then just move back to Induction. If you were planning to move to OWL, then drop the bad foods (whatever those are) and add 5 net carbs more of veggies to your Induction menu. Whatever you do, don't be disappointed if you don't lose another 25 lbs in the next month, because (1) you have less weight left to lose and (2) you have no/less water weight to get rid of. And adding to what I said above, if you planned on moving to OWL (or moved to OWL already), then do not go back to Induction just to "jump start" your weight loss. Continue with OWL, learn what your triggers are, find your CCLL and them move to the next two phases of Atkins: Pre-Maintenance and Maintenance. As Carole suggested, it would be very useful if you could post your stats in your signature. When did you start Atkins? What is your height? What was your starting weight? What are your current and goal weights?

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
