| As Liv said, you actually had over your 3 cups plus 5 net carbs of veggies, but then I bet no-one ever got fat on too much non-starchy veggies!! Keep up the good work!

| I'm 100 percent confused. So, once you move up the rungs, you're not supposed to eat any MORE than 3 cups of veggies? You're just supposed to eat veggies with more carbs? I'm lost.

Some of us stayed on the veg rung for several weeks and added several 5 net carbs-worth of veggies before carrying on up the carb ladder. But if you only just started OWL rung 1 then you would be adding 5 net carbs to your induction 'allowance' of up to 3 cups of veg and you listed other veggies in addition to your 3 cups of lettuce and 5 net carbs of broccolli.
