| Great weight loss number but CHECK OUT THOSE MEASUREMENT NUMBERS!!! ![]() p.s. Tearing your hair out qualifies as an upper body workout building muscles in the arms. If you have big hair, this might also result in a loss on the scale. Of course, you will look funny with no hair, but hey, who cares? People will be looking at your thin waist.
