| Induction is the time you make changes in your life. Crystal light is made with aspartame (which isn't an acceptable sweetner) and is full of chemicals -- this is what you are trying to get away from. Induction is the time you break addictions to sweets, sodas, chemically filled foods, and general junk. Give yourself some credit and stop telling yourself (and others) you are "sick" of water. 64oz of PURE water is what we are suppose to drink daily -- if you want to add something other than pure water after that, fine, but check what you are putting into your body. When you put the roadblock up (I'm sick of water is a roadblock) you set yourself up for failure.

| absolutely plain water is the best - but you CAN have some herbal teas - which I absolutely LOVE - just be careful of the ingredients - it's discussed in the book what to look out for.
