You need to tell us more.
Where are you at? How tall are you, age, how much do you weigh, what is your goal weight.
Can you give us an example of your menu (in some detail), includign all you eat. What kind of exercise - how much.

3 kilo is a good start - and we will see if we can help you have another whoosh. Keep your chin up.

Also take body measurements, so that you know how many cm you lost. If you are losing cm, you are losing fat (and maybe replacing it with some muscle, which is why the scale isn't moving).

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"

Default Re: Really , Really need help!!!

this is just my recommendation.. but the Wii Fit is more for stability and all, and not really for losing weight.. I stopped using that months ago and got the EA ACTIVE and now MY PERSONAL FITNESS COACH as they are more involved for weight loss instead of weight management...

You Can Do It ! Give it time to work a little bit and yes, you might be losing some inches instead of just the weight...

Good Luck and Keep Going!

Carrots are not allowed on induction, they are way up there on the rungs. Double-check the list of foods allowed for induction, and don't eat anything that isn't on the list, or anything that has ingredients that aren't on the list.

As the Queen of Stalls, I think, here's a few things:

It's not uncommon to have a stall 3-6 weeks after induction. Each time I've redone Induction, this has happened for me. Keep doing the right things (take out the carrots, however) and give it time. Too many times, I've had to adjust what I'm eating because it was not according correct or working for me. (ex. I had to skip the dairy rung on OWL because it stalled me).

A stall isn't a stall unless you are not losing weight OR inches. Are you measuring? Don't get tied up on weight loss being the same every week. Everyone is different and will lose differently. For me, I am often losing inches instead of weight. It's frustrating but overall, it's still working.

Also read this for ideas:

Have you thought about moving to OWL? If I were you, I would, because you don't have much weight to lose.

Smile Re: Really , Really need help!!!

Thankyou sooo much for all the replys, i dont feel alone in this anymore . I think my partner and family think " oh Kerrys on another diet!"

I knew carrots were bad!!! I havent had them often though.

I dont really do the balance games on wii fit mostly aerobic and muscle exercises. I do also have wii active .

I constantly drink water 2 ltrs a day as it says to do, I even switched to decaf coffee (not as bad as i thought) I have 3 ,1/2 cups a day .

I am also taking a womans muilti .

I havent measured as the kids have run off with the tape at some point , i will go today and buy another one.

Dont get me wrong I know I am better off sticking to atkins before i would get to 4 in the afternoon and wouldnt be able to keep my eyes open. now I sleep better at night Im awake ALL day, my moods are better and i feel better about myself.

Because of my height 158cm (5ft 2inchs) i am suposed to weigh betweem 49kgs and 54 kgs! I think that is a joke!! My 15 yr old weighs 55 kgs!! and there is nothing of him although he is 5 ft 6.
My goal is 60 kgs ( tried to do a ticker last night , didnt work)

I have an old copy of the book Atkins made easy 14 day induction. Should I get a new copy??

Thanks again Ladys
