__________________  Sadly i fell off the wagon...HOWEVER im back on starting today 8/21/09 (176lb) SW 203 CW 176 GW 145 minigoals! 189 2-23-09 (hubby took me to famous daves!) 179 3-22-09 (Famous daves and new diamond ring that FITS! (1 lb early.) 169 (Contact lenses!) 159 New jeans! 145 GOAL!     |

Good luck - stick to the plan as it's written and you'll make your goal in no time. Take your measurements and your weight first thing so if you hit a rough patch you'll know if you're still loosing inches.

The good news is that you never gained 6 pounds of fat. You simply gained water weight (Takes 4 part water to store 1 part carboHYDRATE). Your weight will go down in no time so forget the numbers and continue with the diet
